These Terms of Use apply to anyone who accesses Sedra’s website and, where applicable, to Authorized Users who access the Services on behalf of a Sedra customer. By using the website or Services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of Sedra’s website and, if applicable, the Services as an Authorized User of a Sedra customer. Capitalized terms used but not defined in these Terms have the meanings given in the Services Agreement.

By accessing or using the website or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Website Use

The website and its content are provided for general informational purposes only and are not legal, financial, compliance, or other professional advice.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not:

interfere with the website’s operation or security;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems;
copy, scrape, frame, or misuse website content except as permitted by law;
upload or transmit malware or harmful code.

Sedra and its licensors own the website and its content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and software. Except for your limited right to use the website under these Terms, Sedra reserves all rights.

The website may include links to third-party sites. Sedra is not responsible for those sites or their content.

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

2. Services Access as an Authorized User

If you access and use the Services, you may do so only as an Authorized User of a Sedra customer and only as permitted by that customer. Your use of the Services is also subject to the Services Agreement between Sedra and that customer, including the Acceptable Use Policy. If there is a conflict between the Services Agreement and these Terms regarding the Services, the Services Agreement controls.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Do not share your account or password or allow anyone else to access the Services through your account.

You may not use the Services to:

violate applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights;
submit or process data that you or the customer do not have the right to use or disclose;
interfere with or compromise the integrity, security, or operation of the Services;
gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
reverse engineer or attempt to discover the source code, underlying models, or non-public components of the Services, except where prohibited by law;
develop, train, or support a competing product or service;
upload malware, viruses, or harmful code; or
use the Services or any Output as the sole basis for any material decision without appropriate human review.

The Services may include artificial intelligence and machine learning functionality. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your intended use, and you are responsible for reviewing and evaluating any Output before relying on it.

Sedra or the applicable customer may suspend or terminate your access if your access is no longer authorized or if you violate these Terms, the Services Agreement, or the Acceptable Use Policy.
