Assessing the effectiveness of Sedra’s forensic accounting technology in analyzing fraudulent activities and enhancing financial investigations.

A Gravity Stack White Paper: Leveraging Sedra Solutions for Investigating Financial Crimes

Gravity Stack’s Financial Crime Proof of Concept with Sedra Solutions

Gravity Stack recently conducted an in-depth proof of concept to evaluate Sedra Solutions’ forensic accounting technology. This Gravity Stack financial crime proof of concept aimed to determine how effectively Sedra’s platform could support real-world financial investigations and to provide insights for future improvements.

To simulate realistic conditions, Gravity Stack created synthetic banking data with 20,000 transactions across 60 fictitious global companies. A complex vendor fraud scheme was embedded in the dataset, and only one team member knew the details—allowing for a genuine blind evaluation of Sedra’s platform in analyzing fraudulent behavior and enhancing financial investigations.

The Gravity Stack financial crime proof of concept demonstrated Sedra’s platform’s ability to effectively isolate suspicious transactions and provided investigative teams with tools to ensure accurate, transparent, and defensible findings.
